This was lovely Gary. Grands and great-grands are such gifts. Yours are lucky to have you with so much energy and wisdom. Glad you had a safe journey. I would love to hear about energy shifts from US back to Mexico.
Thanks, Caroline. Not sure about the energy and wisdom, especially after 12 hr trip back yesterday, two flights, two car rides, Atlanta airport a big, busy place with terminals connected by underground train. Happy part, no glitches or schedule changes and comfort at the highest level available. Energy shift back here, for me, means going from sea level to 6300' and a couple days of acclimation. Also, after a long trip, always good to be home and back in our own bed. Another plus is going from a warm NYC to a cool, rainy, San Miguel de Allende. Energy shifts like the tide, coming in, going out. Love spending time and energy with loved ones who live distant. That's a blessing.
Bagels are best, w some salmon and cream cheese.... For breakfast near where we stayed, this was superb: https://mamannyc.com/locations/university-place

Love your travel writing! But, the world needs to know—NY Pizza or Bagels? What’s your go to?
Thanks for this.
